Not necessarily. Many of our customers leave their cushions in a designated spot — a garage, covered patio, or building lobby — and we coordinate with a property manager, concierge, or building staff. We’ll work out the details with you when scheduling.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
We recommend contacting us at least a few days in advance to secure a pickup window that works for your schedule. During peak seasons — spring cleaning and pre-hurricane season — availability fills up faster, so earlier is better.
How long will my cushions be gone?
Turnaround time depends on the quantity, condition, and current volume of orders. We’ll give you a realistic return window at the time of pickup. Proper drying is part of our process, so we never rush the return.
Is there a minimum number of cushions for pickup?
