How long does the cleaning process take?
Most orders are completed within 5–7 days of pickup, including full drying time. Larger commercial or hotel orders may take longer — we’ll give you a firm timeline at estimate.
Will cleaning fix mold that’s inside the foam?
In most cases, yes. Our process treats both fabric and foam. If a cushion’s foam is too far gone to save, we’ll tell you upfront rather than charge you for a cushion that won’t come back clean.
Do I need to remove the cushion covers myself?
No. Our team handles everything on pickup — you don’t need to prep, remove covers, or move furniture.
What fabric brands can you clean?
