What is The Patio Cushion Guys?
We’re South Florida’s outdoor cushion cleaning specialists. We pick up, deep-clean, protect, and deliver luxury patio and outdoor cushions throughout Palm Beach and Broward County — we don’t do carpets, tile, or general cleaning, just outdoor cushions and fabric.
How do I get a free estimate?

Do you offer online quotes or is an in-person visit required?
Most estimates can be handled over the phone or through our online form based on the number and type of cushions you have. For unusual or large orders, we may ask for photos or a quick in-person look to give you an accurate price.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
Not necessarily. Many clients — especially snowbirds and condo owners — arrange access in advance through a lockbox, gate code, or building management. We’ll work out whatever is easiest for your property.
What It Costs
How much does cushion cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the number of cushions, their size, and their condition. We provide a clear, itemized quote before any work begins — there are no surprise charges after the fact.
Do you charge extra for pickup and delivery?
No. Pickup and delivery are included in every cleaning, storage, and fiber protection service — there’s no separate trip charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other common digital payment methods. Payment details are confirmed when you book your service.
Are there discounts for large orders or repeat customers?
Yes, we offer volume pricing for larger orders and preferred pricing for repeat and recurring customers. Ask about this when you request your estimate.
How It Actually Works
How long does the cleaning process take?
Most orders are completed within 5 to 7 days of pickup, including full drying time. Larger commercial or hotel orders may take longer, and we’ll give you a firm timeline when we quote your job.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use fabric-safe cleaning solutions matched to the specific fabric type on your cushions. We do not use bleach or pressure washers, which can damage fibers and drive mold deeper into foam.
Will my cushions be fully dry when they’re returned?
Yes. We use a full, controlled drying process before delivery, since returning cushions damp is one of the most common causes of mold coming back within days.
Can you fix mold, or do you just clean the surface?
Our process treats mold and mildew at both the fabric and foam level, not just the visible surface. If foam has broken down structurally beyond saving, we’ll tell you honestly during inspection rather than charge for a cushion that won’t come back clean.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?
We typically schedule pickups within the week. If you have an upcoming event, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritize your timeline.
Do you serve condos and gated communities?
Yes, we regularly coordinate pickup and delivery with gate guards, HOAs, condo front desks, and property managers throughout our service area.
Can you access properties I’m not home for?
In most cases, yes — through a lockbox, gate code, building management, or another access arrangement you’re comfortable with. We’ll confirm the details when scheduling.

What fabric brands can you clean?

Can you identify my fabric if I don’t know the brand?
Yes. We assess the specific fabric before cleaning as a standard part of our process, rather than assuming based on a generic label.
Do you work with older or discontinued fabric?
In most cases, yes. We’ll give you an honest assessment of the fabric’s condition during inspection, regardless of how old the cushions are.
Seasonal & Long-Term Storage
Do you offer seasonal storage?
Yes. We clean cushions first, then store them properly until you’re ready for them back — ideal for snowbirds and hurricane season preparation.
Are cushions cleaned before they go into storage?
Always. We never store cushions without cleaning and fully drying them first, since storing them dirty or damp typically makes problems worse, not better.
How long can you store my cushions?
From a few weeks through a full snowbird season (typically May–November). Let us know your expected return date when you schedule.
